so ok. you know that feeling you get when something completely unexpected happens? the one where you’re just boggled and bemused and your whole being is made soft and shimmery for it?
well guess who experienced one tonight. (three guesses and the first two don’t count! heh.)
new friends are amazing. new friends met unexpectedly are a blessing. new friends met by seeming chance and with whom one connects like hitting a live wire are just… miraculous.
tonight i met a new friend. i’ve been awake all the night talking with them. i really need to go to bed, but had to set this here and say three things:
1 – welcome! so very glad to know you.
2 – thank you to the universe for this gift, blessing, moment.
3 – thank you to my new friend for being.
