This is a moment in which I am remembering just how ridiculously good, truly awesome, and generally spiffy I am and what a grand life I lead. In no particular order:

– I am trustworthy.

– I am dependable.
– I am ethical.
– I am virtuous.
– I am thoughtful.
– I am mindful.
– I am playful.
– I am generally peaceful.
– I have unbrooked potential in every moment.
– I have a realistic understanding of the world and others.
– I have ability to learn and grow.
– I have a solid conviction to excel.
– I have a devotion to effectiveness.
– I have a commitment to live well.
– I have very few attachments.
– I have very few aversions.
– I have no hatred.
– I am deeply aware.
– I am motivated to actualize.
– I am imbued with the gift of language, voice, and insight.
– I am driven to teach and assist.
– I am made of mudita.
– I am able to keep secrets.
– I am a good friend.
– I am a good mother.
– I am a good companion.
– I am a good lover.
– I am creative, imaginative, and innovative.
– I am adept at reading/finding/understanding patterns, dynamics, and people.
Because of these things, I am capable of being a positive and beneficial force in the world. Because of these things, I am skilled at acting with purpose and bringing productive, good things to myself and others. Because of these things, I am rarely unhappy and, when I am, I am able to transmute it into fodder for better things.
It is a good life. I am a good person. This moment, I celebrate me.
