An unusually nice and enjoyable day! Sugars are low (for me; barely over 200 and dropping… think I’m starting to get the hang of this!), the day is beautiful, and I spent the last three hours at a spa being pampered as much as a woman might be excepting the presence of a penis. (grin) Massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, and finally home; feeling all relaxed and comfortable.
Today is only barely half through! An assignment to finish for the weekend, domestic duty spinning up (in preparation for (S) arriving tomorrow) and then, a nice dinner and I think a bit of book reading or perhaps some “real writing”. Dramatica Pro is installed and the migration of character sketches and story outlines are in process. I find I’m actually excited at the notion of doing this, even as the idea of going long form is a bit intimidating. We’ll see how it rolls.
Not to much more at the moment; I expect things will be quiet (or only intermittently otherwise) while (S) is here. I fully intend to savor every moment of shared presence. We’ve no “plans” as we both tend to think life happens well and nicely enough without them. The only official item on the list is rolling through the old home turf for him. The rest is “as we like”.
