In case anyone missed it, ‘… they are not people in the psychological sense.” (sic) being the sub-humanizing and the remainder of the eugenic philosophy resting in the ‘right’ to ‘…build the person’ without considering or consent of the person so being ‘built’. Since they do not consider the patient as a person, and they do not consider the being as ‘human’ enough to require consent, the operant conditioning continues apace. Herein rests all harm and much of it well attested by adults of the now three generations who have endured this “treatment”.
