It’s April 15, 2025, and the United States is collapsing, practically in real-time.
There is an authoritarian, dictatorial, and utterly vindictive man child holding the highest position in our country. They were elected to it by the fascist, racist, and generally self-centered ‘white’ ignorance, a majority within the country.
But it seems the federal government has held many fascist, racist, and self-centered ‘white’ intelligentsia for decades; seemingly waiting for the opportunity to ‘restore’ themselves to power and return any who are not part of this deviant ‘us’ to sub-humanized placements, beholden to them for life itself.
This pattern has been unfolding since the 1970s, shortly after the equal rights amendment; but the eugenic bias and xenophobic need to dominant ‘others’ never left this country. History says as much; just refer to the various eugenic and nazi or fascists movements in the country at and since its founding.
The wisdom of the ‘founding fathers’ is revealed as insufficient – known gaps in governance and law are meticulously nourished and protected against closure by those elected to do anything but this; the patterns of ongoing discrimination and racist favoritism being part of a dance of plausible deniability this government and its various business and lobby simps maintained for decades until their base was (to their minds) secure enough to step from behind it.
The time, for them, is now; they act without remorse, regret, or reason and laugh – actually laugh – at the humans their actions are committing to atrocity and abuse, while planning to expand it to the citizenry entire.
The flagrant flouting of both constitutional and judicial law is but one example of a power-addled administration operating on what seems to be a ‘dare you to do something about it’ basis and, astonishingly, neither the congressional, court, nor administrative bodies seem interested or willing to do more than sit silently or worse, mouth platitudes that their actions, lacking, fail to support.
The reality is that all three federal governing bodies are fully compromised by cronyism, collusion, and corruption – impotent for fear of missing money when it comes re-election time. Of course, they seem to miss that when elections are abolished, none of this will matter. As usual, standing by idle as if the very bodies of business and lobby they allowed to compromise them will magically come to their aid when this particular batch of fertilizer reaches the ventilator.
Their fear of displacement and loss of money and power reveals their true motivations – among which have never been the interests of ‘we the people’, excepting on that rare occasion when they need us to vote them back into their cushioned chairs.
They stump and make big speeches about how they agree with and support us, but there are no actions behind these words…. there never are, and it has never been as apparent as in this moment, when we effectively live a resurgence of outright nazism and punitive retribution for daring to engage protected right to speech and assembly.
The deportation of our people began with the immigrant but will soon expand to include those targeted for dissent and disagreement (see previous link). This executive office has already openly stated this is the plan and will be enacted.
The white majority, ignorant or not, gleefully support this reality unfolding. The oligarchs are much the same, as they require docile labor for their future factories. Children will return to the labor force, education will return to its former privileged state, women will once more be chattel, and wars will come to our shores.
I have been lambasted all my life for saying this was the slippery slope upon which we are sliding. Now it is here, and look how many people are surprised. But they do nothing, preferring to think if they remain compliant and silent, they will be spared. They should consult history, but they won’t. They should know better, but they don’t.
It will take more than crowds and showboating to get this country to act. It has been conditioned into the malignant belief that talk is action and, as so many countries before it, will come to rue the conflation.
I expect we will see not only concentration and work camps, but euthanasia of those deemed ‘a drain’ on an increasingly aloof and ultimately remorseless profit machinery. After all, this is how the wheel turns and this cycle is known since the days of the Greeks.
This country is officially beyond it’s tipping point and there are scant few outcomes remaining but the ones known to history as part of this process – the collapse of a nation unable and unwilling to build for its own future.
