the insanity, it seems, continues…

… though in truth, i can only say it is my own fault.

if you’ve been following this saga, then you know that, as a last olive branch, i intended to follow through with my plan to gift heath with the two domains purchased.

this, despite the abject calumny of his recent email and regardless of the reality that, in the face of finding it wholly rebuked in every way, it never crossed his mind to apologize for the insult and hurt given in it.

today…

this afternoon, after enduring a full day of being unable to contact him to try and complete the process, i receive the following from the hosting provider:

did you want to transfer the m3me.online to the “mpgomez” account? I ask this because Heath appears to only have a webid account with no hosting plan on it which makes transferring this site to him not possible, did you want that registration transfered to the “mpgomez” account which Heath has access to? please provide more details as we are unclear on what you would like to do.

Thanks!

now… i have my own thoughts on what is happening here… but i am trying VERY hard to give heath the benefit of the doubt. i have written him a VERY short and pointed email:

subject: can you explain this?

when you can give me any reasonable explanation whatsoever for why this was received today, then and only then am i willing to, in any way, shape, fashion, or form consider proceeding.

that is all.

did you want to transfer the m3me.online to the “mpgomez” account?

first of all, how the bloody hell did we go from the two domains that were the initial parts of this effort to magically including the one domain that is my personal sanctuary and refuge?

secondly, what kind of absolute insanity is in play that, after the complete and utter bile and hatred given to me without cause by this self-appointed judge otherwise known as michael p gomez, that i would ever, in ANY way knowingly hand to him the means by which to continue his odd hold on heath?

so… my reply to the host in the face of this latest is simply to set the brake and wait:

ok. just to be completely clear, in no way, shape, fashion, or form do i now or will i EVER willingly hand anything to Mr. Michael P. Gomez. so, consider that a resounding and completely shocked ‘NO’.

i do not even know how the m3me.online domain got into the discussion, as, of ALL the domains I have hosted with you, that one will never be one i wish to be rid of.

at this point, please just close all open requests with regard to this item and consider the matter ended for now.

thank you.

i am in no rush. for once, let these two demonstrate something other than bad faith and wrong action.

i wait.
