this, a reply given to another who spoke to me as many have of late on how i am somehow teaching them. laughter. not at them, but at myself. and these words to both thank them with mindful humility and remind myself of what i know to be true:
in truth, i am teacher to no one but myself. if the words i have urge to post help another, i can only say that i am thankful they do not harm. most of all, i look forward to the wisdom and learning i find in you, and in others, because it seems to me everything we see in others is nothing more than aspects of ourselves that we identify… and that points to the places where comfort rests, or there are lessons to be learned, all of which is benefit. 🙂
