Thank you for posting this publicly. I am in the process of filing suit for false light invasion of privacy and slander by Mr. Rezabek and Mr. Gomez for this ongoing campaign of malicious and willful misrepresentation of myself to various third-parties.
In reality, I have been thankfully, completely, and utterly out of contact with Mr. Rezabek since August of 2006 and that peace and quiet has remained undisturbed but for two contacts, both of which were initiated by Mr. Rezabek and both of which were hysterical accusations of stalking which, as evidence will demonstrate, were unfounded.
Attempts to placate him and put an end to the online tracking/trailing that he and Mr. Gomez have engaged in since August 2006 (logged, documented, and bound for evidence) have proven unsuccessful, and their presence at my known online hangouts continues even to this day.
I have made explicit point of documenting this entire, sad situation as it would seem there is no end to the extremes of paranoia and slander Mr. Rezabek and Mr. Gomez will engage in their ongoing attempt to drive me out of what places we happen to have an equal amount of presence.
I was invited to Scrytch in March of 2006 by Mr. Rezabek. At that time, I did not join as it was already apparent something was rather out of place. The decision to join in November was, in hindsight, horribly optimistic… and believe me, the lesson has been learned.
The initial reaction was to make of Scrytch what I had been told it was intended to be, but even this was quickly realized as ultimately pointless and only capable of inflamming already extremely inappropriate behavior by these two. Hence, it has been dropped.
I find it deeply ironic that someone who, himself, was responsible for the absolute decimation of a previous shared internet community (since resurrected by myself and today, flourishing) would be someone who would think to try and accuse me of such things. The old saying ‘The guilty dog barks first’ comes to mind.
It was not until this last bout of hysteria that I fully understood the depth of the disconnect at work, and the determination with which these two have and continue to actively defame me to complete strangers.
It will not be endured any longer. I have no contact with these two, nor do I desire any, but I’ll be damned if I’m going to sit by and have my name, sanity, and reputation ground into the mud because they are incapable of understanding the profound difference between wanting to partake of what was set forth as a public collaborative and having any interest whatever in speaking with them in any way, shape, or form.
The posts today to the mailing list constitute the best and most clearly evident statements, though there are many others in this sad, growing file.
I am truly sorry to see people who seem reasonable and possessed of common sense drawn into this incredibly and increasingly bizarre situation. My advise to you or any who find yourselves involved is to bear in mind that, while I understand what Heath and Michael say, they obviously believe to be true, that to say a thing does not, in fact, make it true. They inability to deal in facts and instead, to persist in these deluded persecution fantasies has gone on long enough. More than long enough, in truth.
For what it is worth, I had within this last week decided to stop using the Scrytch archives as a creative resource because the benefit and enjoyment of it has been utterly destroyed by this ongoing, apparently inexhaustible paranoia and venom on the parts of Mr. Rezabek and Mr. Gomez.
Rest your certainty in the fact that this entire mess has been archived and, if necessary, subpeonas will be issued to call in for testimony or deposition those who have knowledge of the continuing slander being dealt me behind those closed doors. And bear in mind also that those doors are never as closed as some may think or wish they were.
I am not a litigious person by nature, but in all frankness, I am sick and tired of this insanity. Five months have passed, I have long ago let this go. I wish to the high heavens these two would do the same. But I will not continue to have my good name slandered.
