one of the annoyances of going to bed early is the inevitable early waking.

i’m working on letting whatever is, be. sometimes that means snarling. this is one of those times.

you know what makes me angry? being right. i hate being right. i especially hate being right when someone tells me they will never x, y, or z… and i tell them the circumstances or reasons they would very precisely do x, y, or z… and they swear blue faced they would NEVER…. and then… guess what? they do.

oh boy.

the test assignment is complete, the mental attic is cleared, and no matter what the coming week, i believe i am done with a few things more that i’ll not bother to list. feels good. very good, actually. the last two days have convinced me of a number of things, not the least of which is to shatter a certain semi-precious stone ring and remember to set my sight upon mountains rather than graveyards. up from the ashes. hah. i am smiling. and a certain, savage aspect that has lain sleeping longer than she should have wakes once more. have […]

heh. amazing how small things can make sure a huge difference in outlook.

i should be in bed, but once more the mystery emailer strikes and this time, with something that has a decidedly instant and rather galvanic effect.
