this is the time of year when, traditionally, americans celebrate the holiday called ‘Thanksgiving’.

i’ve been keeping an eye on this since it first showed up on radar… mostly trying to determine if i really thought it was going to get off the ground. i’ve decided it is, and so now, am willing to actually talk about it.

thanks to a friend, it finally occurred to me how to resolve lingering issues with mmo stuff and recent disappointments with “raiding guilds” and their hopeless dedication to specs and loot rather than people.

rebirth is an interesting thing. most interesting is how much of the core remains unchanged. the story is not as important as i once thought. what remains and is not impacted by story or circumstance is, i think, where the truth rests. this, a comforting thought.
